Welcome to my blog – a catalogue or collection of links to matches from the world of Lucha Libre.
I have been watching wrestling on and off for just over 25 years now. It was back in Feburary 2025 I dipped my toe into watching the world of Lucha Libre, something that I hadn’t done previously. Before I knew it - I had watched 100s of matches and followed numerous lucha libre and luchadores pages on social media.
The one thing that I found watching matches (since they are mostly all on Youtube) is I had a tough time keeping up with the ones I had watched, wanted to re-watch and matches I hadn’t watched yet. I have a watch list with over 900 matches or events and numerous playlists. I was getting lost.
This is why I have started the blog to post up all the links to matches with tags and information associated with each so that I can find them when I want them and everyone else can get a link to the match to watch. This will not be a blog for rating or critiquing matches I might give a brief personal account on a match but generally if it is up on there it will be something that I have enjoyed watching.
The information I will post up with each link will be type of match, participants, the promotion and date. I will source that information from the videos that are posted and then if I need to fill in gaps they will be from sources such as Cagematch, Wrestling Data, Lucha Wiki, promotional posters, promotions social media, luchadores social media and general searching.
In most cases video links will be from world of lucha libre or have a luchador / luchadora who is at an American, British etc promotion. There will be just a couple of videos that have neither will be included lucha de apuestas category.
I also want to point out that I do not speak or understand any Spanish out side of the handful of words that I now know. I am relying Google translate for anything I need to translate.
